For one night only, Bundaberg Rum takes over the top of the mountain, bringing together premium Small Batch expressions and a thoughtfully curated 4-course menu.
This one-of-a-kind dining experience celebrates the depth and character of Australian rum - paired with seasonal dishes designed to complement every pour. Expect bright coastal flavours, slow-cooked richness, and a decadent finish - all enjoyed against sweeping city views.
As part of the experience, every guest will receive a 700ml bottle of Bundaberg Liqueur (valued at $55) to take home.
