Two new bar specials have arrived at The Summit Bar, crafted for leisurely lunches, golden-hour afternoons, and effortlessly elevated dinners.

250g Slow-Cooked Rib Fillet — $32

Tender, perfectly slow-cooked rib fillet served with fries and classic béarnaise. A refined take on a steak-and-chips moment, best enjoyed with a cold drink and that sweeping Brisbane view.

Half Local Lobster Mornay — $35

A luxurious bar favourite. Locally sourced half lobster, baked in a rich mornay sauce, served with house salad and fries.
